Season 2 Episode 8: Breast Cancer Awareness Month (Ep. 29)

For this episode, we are highlighting Breast Cancer Awareness & to do so, I have invited Michelle Avila, the Executive Director of Kern County Cancer Foundation. Michelle is an alumnus of the University of Southern California & National University. Michelle agreed to do this episode to share the history of her nonprofit organization as well as share info about cancer in general to our community to have out. 

I have also invited Stana Bright, a 3-time Breast Cancer Survivor and an Eligibility Committee Member with Kern County Cancer Foundation. Stana agreed to join us on Destigmatize to give back to the cancer community and help people to know more about the organization.
